If you have not received an email or SMS text message about your order shipping then it has not shipped and is likely still processing. Estimated processing and shipping times are displayed below:
Free Shipping: Processing and handling requires up to 3-10 business days Monday- Friday (weekends & holidays are not included) while shipping requires 2-5 business days. Our items are comprised by our manufactures in several countries. Some items may take longer to arrive than others.

Ready To Ship: Items ordered before 2 pm (EST) will ship same day, items ordered after will ship out the next business day. Shipping requires 3-5 days.
*If you have ordered more than one item it is very likely that you will receive them separately due to our multiple different manufacturers. No worries, each item will have it's own tracking number.
*We do not accept cancellations 48hrs from the purchase.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the delivery carrier (DHL, or USPS typically used) to address the issue directly with them. We TAYLAR DiARRA do not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
To ensure that your package is delivered please make sure your address is correct upon entering at checkout. If you live in a building or apartment please add your building or apartment number. We do not take responsibility for your incorrect information! If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card for the net price of your item(s).
*If your order is of high value or flagged we may request that you submit proof of identity before we can ship your order. This is to prevent fraudulent and/or unauthorized purchases. Failure to comply can result in the cancellation of your order.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be made within 48hrs from purchase. We do not accept cancellations or issue refunds for any order after 48 hours from the purchase or after it's already in transit to your destination. If you no longer want the item you ordered you can exchange it for something else or store credit in the form of an e-gift card will be issued.
Returns: You may return new, and unopened items within 15 days after delivery for a full refund. You are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Shipping must be paid for by customer.
You should expect to receive your refund within 1-10 days of us receiving the returned item(s). This time also depends on how long it takes your bank to process our refund request.
Exchanges: We do offer exchanges on most items.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods (lingerie and swimwear), hazardous materials, sale items, or flammable liquids or gases.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

2. Afterwards contact your credit card company or bank. Sometimes it takes a few days for them to process the refund.
