Cancellations: Cancellations must be made within 48hrs from purchase. We do not accept cancellations or issue refunds for any order after 48 hours from the purchase or after it's already in transit to your destination. If you no longer want the item you ordered you can exchange it for something else or store credit in the form of an e-gift card will be issued.
Returns: You may return new, and unopened items within 7 days after delivery for a full refund. You are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Shipping must be paid for by customer.
You should expect to receive your refund within 1-10 days of us receiving the returned item(s). This time also depends on how long it takes your bank to process our refund request.
Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods (lingerie and swimwear), hazardous materials, sale items, or flammable liquids or gases.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

1. If you were issues a refund and have not received it yet, please first check your bank account.
2. Afterwards contact your credit card company or bank. Sometimes it takes a few days for them to process the refund.

Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately we do not allow refunds on sale items.
